Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee. Not happy with Pro? Ask within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full — no questions asked.
Monthly plan
- Your first payment can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days.
- After that, monthly renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time in Manage subscription so you are not charged again. You keep Pro until the end of the month you have paid for.
- Forgot to cancel? If you contact us within 48 hours of a renewal and have not used Pro since it renewed, we will refund that renewal.
Season pass
- Refundable in full if you ask within 14 days of purchase.
- After 14 days the season pass is non-refundable. It stays active until 1 June 2027.
Your legal rights
This policy is in addition to your rights under consumer law. Customers in the UK and EU have a 14-day right to withdraw from online purchases; our guarantee covers at least that period. If the Service is faulty or we fail to provide what you paid for, you may be entitled to a refund at any time.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account (or include it in the message). Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. When a refund is issued, Pro access for that payment ends.
