Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Pitch Gaffer at pitchgaffer.com (the "Service"), operated from Thailand ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. What Pitch Gaffer is
Pitch Gaffer is an independent tool that helps Fantasy Premier League managers plan their teams using publicly available football data and our own statistical model. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Premier League or Fantasy Premier League. Club, player and competition names are used only to describe real-world football; all trademarks belong to their owners.
Pitch Gaffer does not take your FPL actions for you. Any changes you make in Pitch Gaffer must still be made by you on the official Fantasy Premier League site.
2. No guarantees about results
Projected points, ratings, verdicts and recommendations are estimates based on past data. Football is unpredictable and the data we rely on can be delayed or wrong. We do not guarantee any outcome, score or ranking. Pitch Gaffer is for entertainment and planning only and is not gambling or betting advice.
3. Your account
You can use much of the Service without an account. If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your Google account secure. You must be at least 16 to use the Service and an adult (or have a parent or guardian's permission) to buy a subscription.
4. Pitch Gaffer Pro
- Monthly plan — billed in advance each month and renews automatically until you cancel.
- Season pass — a single payment that gives Pro access until 1 June 2027. It does not renew automatically.
- Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page before you pay. Your bank may charge currency conversion fees, and applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms for payment processing.
- You can cancel a monthly plan at any time in Manage subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again.
- If we change the price of a plan, we will tell you before your next renewal; the new price applies only from the next billing period.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- attempt to bypass payment or access Pro features without a subscription;
- scrape, copy or resell the Service or its data at scale, or overload our servers;
- use the Service to break the law or the rules of Fantasy Premier League;
- interfere with the security of the Service or other users' accounts.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules. If we end a paid subscription because of a breach, no refund is due for the remaining period unless the law requires it.
6. Our content
The Service's software, design, kit artwork, model and written content belong to us. You may share screenshots and images of your own team. Football data remains the property of its respective owners.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free, especially when third-party data sources are unavailable. We may add, change or remove features. If we discontinue Pro, we will give notice and refund any unused prepaid period.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost FPL points, rankings, prizes or bets. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will update the date above and notify signed-in users in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
